About Us
The Malcolm Group was established in 1976 when Jan and Warren Malcolm began building a successful pre-mixed concrete business over the following 25 years.
Under the Concrite brand, the business grew to supply around 10% of the New South Wales market. Concrite was sold to Boral Limited in 2001 and continues as a business unit under the that name.
Since 2001, the Malcolm Group has become a diversified group of entities, across various industries. The current team has a flexible approach to activities going forward in these dynamic and challenging times. The Group is administered by the team’s highly effective combination of engineering, town planning, property development, finance and management expertise.
